Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
