Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced onion and cook until it becomes soft and translucent.
  4. Add the sliced carrot and red bell pepper and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is crisp-tender.
  6. Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet or wok and add the cooked rice.
