- 1/4 cup of slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup of honey
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the fresh cranberries, sugar, orange juice, orange zest, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss to combine.
- Stir in the almonds, dried cranberries, walnuts, and honey. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
- Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
