Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) package of fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of orange zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup of slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup of honey

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the fresh cranberries, sugar, orange juice, orange zest, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss to combine.
  2. Stir in the almonds, dried cranberries, walnuts, and honey. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
  3. Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
