Ingredients
2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts, finely chopped
Directions
In a medium size saucepan, combine the milk, cream, sugar and cornstarch. Stir to combine.
Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat.
