Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork spareribs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Mix well.
  3. Place spareribs in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the ribs, coating them evenly.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until ribs are cooked through and tender.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
