Ingredients

  • 1 cup white rice

  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish with butter.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the rice, salt, baking powder, and flour. Stir until evenly mixed.
  3. Add the melted butter and water and stir until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
