Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Grease a 9-inch baking dish with the melted butter.
Sprinkle half of the cheese, ham, onion, bell pepper, and bacon in the bottom of the dish.
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well blended. Pour the egg mixture into the dish.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese, ham, onion, bell pepper, and bacon over the top of the dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the eggs are set.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
