Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
- Stir until all potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place the potatoes on the preheated grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping once, until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
