Add the cooked lentils to the skillet, along with the cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and add the parsley and almond flour. Stir until everything is well combined.
Form the mixture into burger patties, and press each one firmly to ensure that they stay together.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Serve the burgers on a bun or with your favorite side dish.
