Funfetti Cake Batter Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup milk
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup dry funfetti cake mix
• 1/4 cup sprinkles

Directions

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until combined.
2. Add the cake mix and whisk until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
4. Once the ice cream has reached a soft-serve consistency, add the sprinkles and churn for an additional 5 minutes.
5. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze until hardened.
