Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Stir in the corn flakes, coconut, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Drop tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
  6. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
