Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups corn flakes
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in the corn flakes, coconut, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
