Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, beaten eggs, ketchup, milk, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, dried oregano, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
