- 2 packs ramen noodles, discard the seasoning packets

- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions, for garnish
Directions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced flank steak to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, beef broth, cornstarch, and water.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the beef and broccoli.
- Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and broccoli evenly.
- In a separate non-stick skillet, heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Take one pack of cooked ramen noodles and press them down into the skillet to form a cake. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is crisp and golden brown.
- Flip the ramen noodle cake carefully and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the other side is crispy as well.
- Transfer the cooked ramen noodle cake to a serving plate.
- Spoon the stir-fried beef and broccoli on top of the ramen noodle cake.
