Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 head of cabbage, cored and chopped
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the cabbage, tomato sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, water, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
