Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 head of cabbage, cored and chopped
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the cabbage, tomato sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, water, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
