Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • Powdered sugar (for rolling)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the gluten-free flour and chopped pecans to the bowl and mix until well combined.
