Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the garlic, thyme, oregano, paprika, cumin, and red pepper flakes. Rub the mixture onto the pork tenderloin.
  4. Place the pork tenderloin on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Turn the pork tenderloin over and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
