Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken giblets
  • 1 cup turkey giblets
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine the chicken giblets, turkey giblets, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the cornstarch and water until the cornstarch is dissolved.
  5. Slowly add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan, stirring constantly.
  6. Continue stirring until the gravy thickens. Serve warm.
