Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken giblets
- 1 cup turkey giblets
- 4 cups chicken broth

- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup water
Directions
- In a large saucepan, combine the chicken giblets, turkey giblets, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cornstarch and water until the cornstarch is dissolved.
- Slowly add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan, stirring constantly.
- Continue stirring until the gravy thickens. Serve warm.
