Ingredients
- 1 lb. steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce and tomato, for topping
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the steak slices, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix to fully coat the steak.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter. Once melted, add the steak and cook for 5 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown and cooked through.
- To assemble the sandwiches, place the steak on the bottom bun and top with lettuce and tomato.
