Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Once the oil is hot, add the shrimp and garlic to the pan.
  3. Cook the shrimp for about 3 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Add the smoked paprika, oregano, salt and pepper to the pan.
  5. Continue to cook the shrimp for 3-4 minutes, or until cooked through.
