Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
  3. Add the cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the cream. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm.
