Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 8 ounces firm tofu, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Lettuce leaves, for serving

Directions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the carrot and red bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
