- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
Directions
- In the Instant Pot, select the sauté function and heat the oil. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, black beans, green chilies, chili powder, cumin, paprika, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
