- 100g dried sotanghon noodles

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce

Directions
- Soak the sotanghon noodles in warm water for 10 minutes or until soft. Drain and set aside.
