Directions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
Melt the butter in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and spread the cheese and herbs evenly over the top.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and puffy. Serve warm.
