Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- Butter for spreading
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the canned tuna, mayonnaise, diced celery, diced red onion, chopped parsley, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
