Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers (any color)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and drain excess grease.
- In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
- Add the cooked ground beef back to the skillet and stir in the cooked rice, tomato sauce, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
