Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until softened.

  7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown.
