- 4 pounds pork shoulder
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 8 brioche buns, toasted

- In a bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, molasses, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker and pour the BBQ sauce mixture over it.
