Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
