- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can (10 ounces) mild enchilada sauce
- 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- Sour cream, guacamole, and salsa for serving
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, enchilada sauce, and diced green chilies. Mix well.
