Ingredients
- 4-6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Season chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Turn on the Instant Pot and select the Saute function. Heat olive oil in the pot.
- Add the chicken thighs, skin-side down, and sear for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
