Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into hamburger patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
