These garlic parmesan knots are a perfect combination of soft, chewy bread and savory, cheesy garlic flavor. They make a great side dish for pasta or soup, or a delicious snack on their own. Plus, they are easy to make and incredibly satisfying!
Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Divide pizza dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a rope.
- Tie each rope into a knot and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush knots with garlic butter mixture as soon as they come out of the oven.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
