Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Place the eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
  2. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the eggs simmer for 9-12 minutes.
  3. Remove the eggs from heat and transfer them to a bowl of ice water. Let them cool for a few minutes.
  4. Gently tap the eggs on a hard surface to crack the shell, then peel off the shell.
