Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Directions
- Place the eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the eggs simmer for 9-12 minutes.
- Remove the eggs from heat and transfer them to a bowl of ice water. Let them cool for a few minutes.
- Gently tap the eggs on a hard surface to crack the shell, then peel off the shell.
- Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a separate bowl.
