Ingredients

  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Mixed salad greens and lemon wedges, for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, shrimp, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, parsley, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  3. Grease a baking dish with butter and transfer the seafood mixture into it. Press down gently to form an even layer.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle this mixture over the top of the seafood.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
