Ingredients
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Mixed salad greens and lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, shrimp, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, parsley, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Grease a baking dish with butter and transfer the seafood mixture into it. Press down gently to form an even layer.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle this mixture over the top of the seafood.
