Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups grated carrots

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, beat together oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and eggs until well combined.
- Stir in grated carrots, walnuts, raisins, and vanilla extract.
