Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the pumpkin puree and vanilla extract.
