  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
