Ingredients

  • 1 lb sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. In a large bowl, mix together sauerkraut, sausage, potatoes, and onion
  3. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish
