- 1 (4-5 pound) corned beef brisket
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Place the corned beef brisket on a cutting board and trim any excess fat.
