Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the diced onion, minced garlic, red bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
- Stir in the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, diced green chilies, and taco seasoning mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
