Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • Chocolate syrup and maraschino cherries for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to create the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together mashed bananas, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined. Spread this mixture over the crust evenly.
