Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, bell pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, thyme, salt, black pepper, eggs, milk, and parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
