- 4 medium summer squash, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant and translucent.
