Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Sift the flour and cocoa powder into the creamed butter mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the cornflakes, chopped walnuts, and vanilla extract.
