This mouthwatering Tiramisu Cheesecake combines the flavors of traditional tiramisu with creamy cheesecake. Made with layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, smooth mascarpone cheese, and a hint of cocoa, this dessert is perfect for special occasions or whenever you're craving a sweet treat. The recipe takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes to prepare, and the result is a rich and indulgent dessert that will impress your family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly brewed strong coffee, cooled
  • 3 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • 32 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the cooled coffee and coffee liqueur.
  3. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, turning to coat both sides. Line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with half of the soaked ladyfingers.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Mix in the sour cream, flour, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk the mascarpone cheese until smooth. Gently fold the mascarpone into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the ladyfingers in the pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  8. Arrange the remaining soaked ladyfingers on top of the cream cheese mixture. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the ladyfingers and smooth the top.
  9. Place the springform pan on a baking sheet and bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
  10. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Before serving, sift cocoa powder over the top of the cheesecake. Slice and serve chilled.
