Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork loin chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper.
