- 9 lasagna noodles
- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
