- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 cups durian puree
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
