Ingredients
1 pound lump crabmeat
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 croissants
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together the crabmeat, mayonnaise, celery, onion, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
Cut each croissant in half lengthwise. Place a generous amount of the crab mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.
Cover the crab mixture with the top half of the croissant and press down lightly.
Place the croissants on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
